I will only begin the drawing once full payment has been made.

Payment is accepted exclusively via PayPal or Ko-Fi. For clients in Peru, payments via Yape, Plin, or bank transfer are also accepted (any additional bank fees must be covered by the client).

Once payment has been made, refunds are NOT accepted (see exception below).

Delivery will take place within 10 days (this timeframe may vary

depending on the drawing's complexity; you will ALWAYS be kept informed).

The final file will be sent via email or Google Drive in PNG or JPG format.

The commission is for personal use only (commercial use incurs an

additional fee).

I retain full copyright, which includes the right to publish the artwork on my social media, portfolio, and other platforms.

Maintaining communication between both parties is essential to ensure a smooth workflow.

Communication channels may include Discord, Facebook, Instagram, or email.

Major changes must be requested during the sketching stage.

Once the sketch is approved, I will proceed to the line art stage, followed by coloring.

An extra fee may apply for excessive modifications.

Modifications may affect progress and the delivery date.

If delivery is delayed due to force majeure, the artist will inform the

client in advance.

Such reasons may include: physical health issues, the death of a loved one, equipment failure, or any other force majeure event preventing the artist from completing the service on time.

The client has the right to request a refund if the artist has not sent any

progress updates within the last 4 days.

I reserve the right to accept or reject any order at my own discretion and convenience.
